We accept 7 Day returns on most items, but not all.
Contact our support team first at support@onitakai.com, provide your Order Number and ask to see if your order is eligible for a return/refund. If your request has been approved, you can send all items to the return address that appears on your package (preferred) or you can send the items to the following address:

All refunds processed only when you have communicated with us beforehand, we have received the items in question and they are in good condition. No exceptions.
