What is OniTakai?
We are a fashionably inappropriate apparel company that specializes in custom-made clothing and accessories that are made for people who have a taste for fun and unique designs.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping to USA customers only. International customers must pay shipping and customs fees.
What happens when I see something I like and I place an order?
All of our products are made-per-order, which means we only create it once an order has been placed. That means that it's going to take a few days for us to make your product before it is finally shipped out. It may take some time, but this is our way of ensuring that you receive the highest quality product possible.
How long does it take to ship an order out?
Once we have finished processing your order, we then send it to our shipping carriers for delivery. Shipping times vary, so we cannot say for sure how long shipping will be. Keep in mind that shipping is completely separate from our processing time. Our processing time could take anywhere from 5-7 business days before your order is finally shipped.
Can I cancel an order once it has been submitted?
We cannot guarantee cancellation as all orders are sent to our processing team very quickly, but you can send us a cancellation email within one hour after your order has been placed if you wish to cancel your order. After that, there is absolutely no way for us to cancel your order. This is why we strongly recommend you make sure that you are ordering the right product before finalizing your order. To cancel your order, please send an email to our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order Number as soon as possible.
Can I get a refund?
Only under extreme circumstances do we issue refunds. This is on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team at email@example.com if you have an issue with your order. Be prepared to provide your exact order number with details of the issue, including pictures if at all possible. If you contact us and do not provide us with an order number and details about the issue with your order, we may not respond to you at all.
The size and fit wasn't what I expected. What are my options?
If you are not sure about the size of any of our clothing, we strongly recommend you order at least a SIZE OR TWO UP from your usual size. That is because it is much easier to shrink a garment than it is to expand it (you are responsible for shrinking your own clothing if you decide to do this, of course). Size charts are available on all of our products, so be sure to check those out before buying anything from us. The size charts are there to guide you and our product descriptions are quite accurate, but sometimes, variations do occur during manufacturing and you should expect that your garment might not be exactly the way it is described in the descriptions and the size charts. It is typical for all clothing companies to sell products that vary in size by one or two inches. It is not the end of the world when this happens, but if you have any issues, contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you as best as we can.
What does "Taxes and shipping included" and "Flat price" mean?
This only applies to customers in the USA. It means that the price you see on our website is the price you pay. No surcharges. No hidden fees. No taxes. No surprises.
