Who or what is OniTakai?

We are an online streetwear fashion company that specializes in custom-made clothing and accessories that are made for people who have a taste for fun and unique designs. We also offer a number of fashionable products across multiple categories that are designed by various brands from all over the world to give people more options when shopping online.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping to customers in the USA only. International customers must pay shipping and customs fees if they wish to order from us.

What happens when I see something I like and I place an order?

All of our products are made-per-order, which means we only create it once an order has been placed. That means that it's going to take a few days for us to make your product before it is finally shipped out. It may take some time, but this is our way of ensuring that you receive the highest quality product possible.

How long does it take to ship an order?

It depends on the product and how quickly our shipping carriers can deliver your product. Many of our products will show an Estimated Shipping Time (or Estimated Delivery Time) to give you an idea of when you can expect to receive your order, but not all. Once we have finished processing your order, we then send it to our shipping carriers for delivery. Shipping times vary, so we cannot say for sure how long shipping will be. Keep in mind that shipping is completely separate from our processing time. Our processing time could take anywhere from 5-7 business days before your order is finally shipped. After that, the shipping carriers are responsible for delivering your order.

The size and fit wasn't what I expected. What are my options?

If you are not sure about the size of any of our clothing, we strongly recommend you order at least ONE SIZE OR TWO UP from your usual size. That is because it is much easier to shrink a garment than it is to expand it (you are responsible for shrinking your own clothing if you decide to do this, of course). Size charts are available on all of our products, so be sure to check those out before buying anything from us. The size charts are there to guide you and our product descriptions are quite accurate, but sometimes, variations do occur during manufacturing and you should expect that your garment might not be exactly the way it is described in the descriptions and the size charts. It is typical for all clothing companies to sell products that vary in size by one or two inches. It is not the end of the world when this happens, but if you have any issues, contact our support team at and we will assist you as best as we can.

What is the best way to care for garments?

Despite all of the advanced technology we have developed over the years, we have found that it is still best to hand wash cold all garments and hang them to dry. For best results, make sure you dry your clothes in an area with little-to-no sunlight. Sunlight tends to make the colors of the fabrics fade over time and since most of our products utilize print or dyed colors, it is best to hand wash these garments with cold water and dry in an area where there is little exposure sunlight. While many of our products are safe to wash in a machine, we still highly recommend hand-washing over machine-washing to avoid any issues and to make your clothing last much longer.

What does "Taxes and shipping included" and "Flat price" mean?

This only applies to customers in the USA. It means that the price you see on our website is the price you pay. No surcharges. No hidden fees. No taxes. No surprises.

Can I cancel an order once it has been submitted?

We cannot guarantee cancellation as all orders are sent to our processing team very quickly, but you can send us a cancellation email within one hour after your order has been placed if you wish to cancel your order. After that, there is absolutely no way for us to cancel your order. This is why we strongly recommend you make sure that you are ordering the right product before finalizing your order. To cancel your order, please send an email to our support team at with your Order Number as soon as possible.

Can I get a refund?

Only under extreme circumstances do we issue refunds. This is on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team at if you have an issue with your order. Be prepared to provide your exact Order Number that appears in your Order Confirmation email and provide details of the issue, including pictures if at all possible. After we have carefully evaluated your situation, we will then determine if your Order qualifies for a refund or not.

If you contact us and do not provide the exact order number that appears in your Order Confirmation email and if you do not include details about the issue with your order, we may not respond to you at all.

If you send any order back to us without notifying us first and if you fail to provide any of the information described above, we will simply donate your Order to charity and deny any refund requests made afterwards.

We do not issue refunds for one-off orders. That means that if you order a product for a specific event and then try to send it back, your refund request will be denied. We have ways to verify if an order is a one-off or not, so we strongly recommend that you do not attempt this in the first place.

We do not issue refunds for buyers' remorse as well. Most of our products are carefully crafted and made per order, which qualifies them as custom made, which, in turn, makes them non-refundable. All sales in this regard will be considered as final.

If you file a chargeback dispute with your bank/credit card company as a way to get a refund, we will forward all records we have regarding your order to your financial institution in our defense. We have a very high success rate fighting chargeback disputes and we have a team of highly trained specialists to protect us in the event of a chargeback, so we strongly recommend you do not attempt this either.

My order did not arrive on time. Can I get a refund?

No. We are not responsible for orders arriving late or for delayed shipments. This is due to the fact that we simply have no control over the speed of our carriers and it is not viable for us to issue refunds every time an order is delayed and every time an order is delivered at any point beyond the Estimated Delivery Time.

How do you handle fraudulent transactions?

We have fraud detection systems in place to detect any and all possible fraud. If we receive a notification from our fraud detection systems that a transaction is even possibly fraudulent, we will cancel the order immediately and we will not accept payment for that order under any circumstances.

If a chargeback dispute is filed with regard to this, we will forward all evidence we have regarding the order in question to the appropriate financial institution. This ensures the highest level of security for all parties involved.

How do you handle chargebacks?

We work closely with banks and various other payment providers to not only protect us but to protect our customers as well. If we receive a chargeback notice, we will provide evidence to any and all banks and payment providers involved that show exactly what we did with your order and how we handled it. Rules and regulations are constantly being updated regarding chargebacks and if we receive no indication of a fraudulent transaction at the time the order was placed, this information will be passed on to the banks and other interested payment providers as well. In the event a chargeback is placed and there is no indication of fraud, the customer filing the chargeback will most likely lose if the chargeback appears to be unsubstantiated. This is why chargeback disputes should only be used as a last resort and only if a fraudulent transaction is suspected to have occurred.

If it is getting harder to file a chargeback and I just want a refund, then what?

Reach out to our customer support team at with your Order Number and explain what the issue is. Work with us and we will work with you. We are not your enemy and we are not out to get you, so do not hesitate to contact us if you have an issue with your order. This will be a much better option for you than filing an unsubstantiated chargeback.
