Frequently Asked Questions

What is OniTakai?

We are a fashion company that specializes in custom-made clothing and accessories for people who have a taste for fun and unique styles and designs.

Do you offer free shipping?

At this time, we only offer free shipping to customers in the United States. International customers pay a shipping fee.

What happens when I see something I like and I place an order?

All of our products are made-per-order, which means we only create it once an order has been placed. That means that it's going to take a few days for us to make your product before it is finally shipped out. It may take some time, but this is our way of ensuring that you receive the highest quality product possible.

How long does it take to ship an order out?

Once we have finished processing your order, we then send it to our shipping carriers for delivery. Shipping times vary, so we cannot say how long shipping will be. Keep in mind that shipping is completely separate from our processing time, which could take anywhere from 5-7 business days before your order is finally shipped.

Can I cancel an order once it has been submitted?

Yes, but you can only cancel it within one hour after placing your order. After that, there is absolutely no way for us to cancel it, so please make sure you are ordering the right product before finalizing your order. To cancel your order, please send an email to our support team immediately after your order has been placed.

Can I get a refund?

Only under extreme circumstances do we issue refunds. This is on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team if you have an issue with your order. Be prepared to provide your exact order number with details of the issue, including pictures if at all possible. If you contact us and do not provide us with an order number and details about the issue with your order, we may not respond to you at all.

The size and fit wasn't what I expected. What are my options?

We strongly encourage all of our customers to SIZE UP before placing orders for any of our products. We have size charts to help inform your purchasing decision, but when in doubt, you should always order at least a size or two up from your usual size. This is because variations occur from time-to-time at the manufacturing level and we cannot be held responsible just because a particular garment happens to be an inch or two off.

What does "Taxes and shipping included" mean?

It means, for customers in the USA, the price you see is the price you pay. No surcharges. No hidden fees. No surprises.
