Returns & Exchanges

Before returning any item and requesting a refund/exchange, please contact our support team at, provide your Order Number and the reason for your return, and a representative will assist you.

You have 7 days to notify us of the issue with your order and that you would like to have a refund. You must ship all items back within that 7 day timeframe or we will not accept your return.

We accept 7 Day returns on most items, but not all. Contact our support team for more information regarding which items we accept returns for.

We do not issue refunds for delayed shipments.

The customer is responsible for all return shipment costs.

All items must be in good condition with no signs of usage and with all tags attached.

All refunds processed only when you have communicated with us beforehand, we have received the items in question and they are in good condition.
