Returns/Exchanges

Due to the fact that all of our products are made-per-order and for safety and hygienic reasons, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges at this time. We strongly recommend you double-check the item you wish to purchase and make sure you are absolutely certain about your purchase before placing your order. Once an order is in production, typically 1 hour after your order has been placed, there is no reversal and we cannot halt production.

Any requests for an exchange or return will be denied for the reasons listed above. So please, take your time and make sure that the item you wish to purchase is really what want you want before placing your order.
