About Our Shirt:
This is a soft but durable t-shirt that holds up quite well even after washing. It has a tailored fit that looks great on both men and women. It tends to fit true to size. If you want a more tight fit, you may need to order a size down. If you want to have a baggier, oversized fit, feel free to order a size or two up.

We accept 7 Day returns on most items, but not all.
Contact our support team first at support@onitakai.com, provide your Order Number and ask to see if your order is eligible for a return/refund. If your request has been approved, you can send all items to the return address that appears on your package (preferred) or you can send the items to the following address:

The customer is responsible for all return shipment costs.
All items must be in good condition with no signs of usage and with all tags attached.
All refunds processed only when you have communicated with us beforehand, we have received the items in question and they are in good condition.
